The teacher gives each student a copy of page 26 of the activity book and a
paint brush. She places some paint in the middle of the table and asks
students to paint the objects.
Here you have! A copy and a paintbrush! Paint using blue. Paint only the
objects. (pointing at the pictures in the copy)
The teacher goes around the class, helping students and asking questions and
writing the students names on the copy.

When students finish painting, the teacher helps them clean their hands with
paper towels or asks them to go to the toilet and wash their hands (they are

teacher takes all the copies out of the classroom, cleans the tables and tidies
everything.

Just have second thoughts about the colouring/painting activity. I love the idea of working with
paint, but make sure it is really worthwhile, as it is time and energy-consuming.
