1) By the end of the lesson some pupils will be able: listen and identify the sounds.
2) By the end of the lesson some pupils will be able to: describe the words.

Can do statements
1. Pupils able to listen and identify at least 4 sounds correctly.
2. Pupils able to describe at least 3 words correctly.

1. Teacher plays a You Tube video on famous people.
2. After they watch the students guess who are the
famous people. Example: Messi & Ronaldo..
3. Teacher writes the names on the white board and
asks pupils how they would describe about these two
players.
4. Teacher gives some examples such as Messi as
brown hair, handsome….
5. Volunteers can come to the front to write the
adjectives.

appearance of a person. (PPT)
2. Next teacher assign students in pairs.
3.Teacher conduct Quizizz in the class.
3. Pupils refer to Activity 3. Teacher explains that pupils listen and
identify the word with a different sound.
4. Audio 2.22 is played. Pupils listen and identify the words.
5. In group of 5 pupils are ask to identify the words that describe
them the best.
5. Pupils write down 2 sentences describing themselves.
