Krystal LeFrancke had a staff progress meeting on October 15th, 2014. Her long and medium-term planning showed progression through consolidating and extending learning. During lesson observation, she engaged students through a well-planned lesson with good pacing and tasks that built on prior learning. Areas for development included including a seating plan. Progress and tracking showed arranging a meeting with an advisor to support assessment progress and liaising with the head of department to plan grading and support.
