As a follow-up on this point from us, we would like to communicate our new database for lesson learned. To share information, others will be able to learn and do necessary action to avoid the same happens at their locations. It is really recommended to join the Lesson Learn Database and start sharing. Lesson Learned – Userfriendly input interface Employees can enter information about learning from unwanted incidents in a web-based interface An administrator in the company can choose which events are published and searchable for the entire organisation Administrator can choose which reports that will only be displayed within the organisation, and which reports that will be shared with the other parties in the industry collaboration.
Search for lessons in your company All employees can search for relevant learning in published reports The user can access the following information: What happened? Why did it happen? How to avoid it happening again? The user can print out one-pagers, see image material, additional documents etc .
Search for lessons in the industry Participating companies can search for relevant learning from reports that each company has shared with the other companies in the collaboration.
Subscribe and  share The user can subscribe to learning in different categories When new reports are published, the user receives an e-mail with key information about the report, as well as links that lead to more information about the incident. Users can also easily share learning from unwanted incidents with colleagues and partners in the industry collaboration.
Language versions Lesson Learned is available in both English and Norwegian interface.
