This document summarizes insights from interviews conducted with four incubatees as part of a study on challenges faced by hi-tech entrepreneurs. It outlines the components of the study, highlights common problems reported such as fundraising, hiring talent, and accessing markets. Entrepreneurs tackled issues through family support, mentors, and fundraising teams. Suggestions included building entrepreneurship mindsets, seed funding, industry-academia partnerships, and targeted mentorship. Regulatory issues involved policy delays and tax transparency, while recommendations focused on faster decision-making, coordination, outreach, and tailored support across business stages.
