Consider the following questions when
submitting an RTI Request:
1. What difficulties have you observed so far
in your class?
2. How often is this manifested in your class?
3. What is one area you should focus on and
apply a specific intervention/strategy?
4. How will you measure this? How often will
you measure it?

are available

anxious /Test Taking Tips
Options for extended time on
assignments:
Extra class periods, time in SAP class,
extra days for deadline, fewer items
assessing the same criteria.
Please discuss with the students in your class.
Please send students with “SEPARATE SETTING” on their IEP to SAP room for exams
every time.*

-Monitor if and how students use extra time
-Accountability
If it is unnecessary for a student, we will remove accommodation from IEPs
How you can help?
Give us a heads up! The sooner we know the easier it is for us to arrange someone to
proctor and a room (if an SAP class is already occurring).
