This learning log document template contains sections for students to describe the work they did for the week, the time spent, and to reflect on their work process, lessons learned, and any follow up questions. Students fill in their name, lesson, and date before detailing the work completed in section 1, the time spent in section 2, and reflecting on their work methods, reasons for working that way, and lessons learned in sections 3 through 5, concluding with any questions to address next time in section 6.
