DEFINE PCB
 PCB stands for Printed Circuit
Board.
 The plotfarm where all our
application circuits lands.
 Board that is hezard in nature
that gives mechanical support to
electronic components.
 The copper layer on the
dielectric board gives electrical
connectivity between electronics
components according to the
circuits.

AN INTRODUCTION TO PCB
TYPES OF PCB
SINGLE SIDED PCB:
A single-sided PCB (Printed
Circuit Board) is a type of PCB
that has conductive traces and
components on only one side of
the board.
DUAL SIDED PCBs:
A dual-sided PCB, is a type of
printed circuit board that has
conductive traces and
components on both sides of the
board.
MULTI-LAYER PCBs:
A multi-layer PCB (Printed Circuit
Board) is a type of PCB that
consists of more than two
conductive layers sandwiched
between insulating layers.

TYPES OF PCB
RIGID PCB:
Rigid PCBs are commonly used in
electronic devices and systems
where the board is not subjected
to bending or flexing during
operation.
FLEX PCBs:
A flexible printed circuit board
(Flex PCB), also known as a flex
circuit or flexible PCB, is a type of
printed circuit board designed to
be flexible and bendable.
RIGID-FLEX PCBs:
A rigid-flex PCB (Flexible Rigid
Printed Circuit Board) is a hybrid
type of printed circuit board that
combines both rigid and flexible
substrates into a single board.
