Applications for the Leadership Frederick County program's Class of 2017 are being accepted on a rolling basis until the class is full, with interviews beginning in June 2016. The program brings together 30-40 local professionals each year for a nine-month exploration of issues in Frederick County. Through the Leaders on Loan program, current class members donate their time and efforts to local nonprofits like the Child Advocacy Center to help the community and gain nonprofit experience.

Syracuse University won the 2015 NEACURH School of the Year award. This bid is the submitted document for the School of the Year award at the 2015 NEACURH Minis No Frills Conference at Endicott College. The bid details the efforts of the organization throughout the 2014-2015 academic year.
2014 Year in Review | Stanford Graduate School of Business
The Dean of the Stanford Graduate School of Business provided a summary of the school's progress over the past academic year in a letter to friends of the school. Key points included strengthening core programs, expanding global reach through new locations and technology-enabled programs, and increasing diversity among students and faculty. Student clubs continued to bring together diverse groups, and career preferences among graduates have shifted more towards technology fields in recent years. The school aims to continue improving programs and increasing its positive global impact.
2015-2016 Sponsorship Package

YearUp: Potential to explore
Year Up celebrated its 15th anniversary in 2015 and continued expanding its impact. It now serves students in 16 cities across the US, helping over 13,000 young adults gain skills and experience to launch careers. In 2015, Year Up achieved its strongest outcomes yet, with 89% of graduates employed or in school within 4 months and average starting wages of $18/hour. Year Up aims to scale its model to serve 10,000 students annually and influence opportunities for 100,000 more young people. It continues innovating its model through partnerships with employers and measuring its impact through research studies.

14% of graduating seniors in Dallas County are college ready, with rates even lower for Hispanic and African American students at 6%. The Commit! Partnership works with over 160 partners across the education system from early childhood through college to improve outcomes for over 800,000 students. While 83% of students graduate high school, only 62% enroll in college within a year and only 30% complete college within 6 years, showing gaps that need to be addressed to ensure all students are prepared for college and careers.
2014 2015 Community Impact Report
This document is a 2014-2015 community impact report from Freedom First Federal Credit Union. It summarizes the credit union's partnerships and community development initiatives over those two years. Becoming a Mentor Trifold
The Foundation for Lee County Public Schools is a non-profit organization established in 1986 to enhance the quality of public education in Lee County, Florida. The Foundation recruits and trains volunteers to mentor students, offering two mentoring programs to middle and high school students. Volunteers undergo a background check and training to become mentors, pledging to meet with their student for at least 15 sessions per year. The mentoring programs aim to help students succeed personally and academically, putting them on a path to college or trade school and offering scholarships.

NPI Evaluation of Summer Search
Summer Search (“SS”) provides academic and social support resources from sophomore year of high school through second year of post-secondary education to low-income, first-generation college students. Partnering with local high schools and corporations, SS aims to develop students' confidence, character, and skills to complete college through mentoring, summer experiences, advising and an alumni network. SS served around 1,700 students in 2010, with 91% being first-generation college bound. A decrease in financial contributions from 2009 to 2010 could impact SS's ability to continue providing opportunities to students.

Forza Financial has expanded its reach over the past 5 years, writing 12 total loans including 6 in 2014 and expanding into rural areas like Marion County, Alabama. The organization achieved 501(c)(3) status, grew its number of workshops and coaching sessions, and saw one client secure a $10,000 contract due to business coaching. Forza's CEO and founder reflect on the organization's growth from its founding to serving more clients across Alabama.

And with an alumni network of more than 850 graduates, the connections continue for years to come. ABOUT LEADERSHIP FREDERICK COUNTY The goal of the Leaders On Loan program is to make Frederick County a better place to live, work and play. Through a partnership between LFC and local nonprofits, class members receive experience working with nonprofits and develop an understanding of their scope and impact. This year, LFC class members donated their time and effort to The Child Advocacy Center of Frederick, Downtown Frederick Partnership, Frederick Arts Council, Habitat for Humanity of Frederick County, Marriage Resource Center and the Rotary Club of Carroll Creek.
