What type of a leader do you want to be? Qualities you expect of a leader? Write them down in the chat area… humble, good communicator, serving, disciplined, decisive… Webster's Dictionary defines leadership as "the power or ability to lead other people”. This is a generic definition of leadership because everyone has his or her idea of what leadership is. What leadership means for you and your organization can vary greatly from other people and other organizations. However, there are some traits that all good and effective leaders possess. These important traits will be discussed in this presentation. So, with that in mind, begin by asking yourself this simple question, “what type of leader do I want to be?”.
