This document discusses several events from January to June 2013 and lists various challenges encountered. In January, challenges included a broken projector, missing LCD display, and certification errors. From January to March, issues were some invalid emails, many empty Twitter accounts, unclear active status, and changed blog address. The timeline for activities was pushed back 3 weeks in March. In April, internal time management was lacking and there was insufficient communication between departments. Guest speakers presented in April and June.
