This document provides an overview of the sections and features needed for a website build. It discusses setting up archive, navigation, questions, news, and my page sections. It also outlines a need for a uniform upload button across the site to submit questions, documents, links and videos. Benchmarking, training and recruitment sections will feature partner details. Terms and conditions and acceptance emails also need to be completed.

1. A short summary of the main outstanding points we see for the site build, the work is going well and
we are very pleased with the progress so far.

Archive – in this page there should be 3 sections, archived News, archived Questions and archived
Documents .All sections should be searchable ,and automatically archived by month
Can this be set up to pick up the content directly from news, questions and documents (documents
will be in knowledge center).
Products and services Mino and Eugene are working through this section.
Navigation bars to be changed as posted on Basecamp (21 oct) and checked that the links are
working through to the designated pages. This is an important piece of work as it allows us to move
onto finishing the linked pages.
MY PAGE
Questions section this is a key area for our members which we hope they will use on a daily basis -
we need a carbon table customised Q&A template.
All questions approved by the moderators before going live. Responses are allowed by all members
without passing through the moderators.

NEWS section where we use a template blog similar to Ian’s where we can post stories, video and
allow comment /follow features. Can this be customised to a carbon table look?

2. MY PAGE section Which should contain a mixture of the most recent NEWS and Questions as
chosen by the user’s interests in their profile.
This is hard for us to test fully without being able to create a member and alter his profile choices,
also we cannot upload questions yet, but the news feed seems to work, so I am sure in time it will all
link.
Upload -There should be a facility which should be available throughout the site (the side sub menus
could handle this)
We need a button /drop down to capture:

Upload a Presentation
This should be available in all the following pages, all products and services pages ,archive,links,my
page ,news,questions,events,benchmarking,training,recruitment,knowledge center.
All uploads should come to us first to decide where we file /publicise them.

These sections should be templates with our partner’s details / products showcased, I think this is in
hand with Mino.
