pages, remove current navigational structure with sub pages that are
not child items of parent menu item (Interact - Regions) and replace with
standard parent and child menu items. Provide training on enabling
access rights to a small subset of users who can only access a single
regional menu item (e.g. London, and add and edit access to all child
items to that parent item) — KeyUA
Task needs additional investigation. I don't know current internal structure of regional pages.
Applying access rights to regional pages is additional task that needs more details. Will admin just
select some registered users and add them rights to view some regions?
5. Remove current news structure and child pages under 'News'.
Replace with blog module that allows news items to appear

Does it mean that News part should not have subcategories and news list should be posted in one
thread reverse chronologically with pagination?

6.Create templates for blocks (including recent blogs block) using
signpost PSD file. Training then required on how to use these blocks.
