Gather Equipment
โข Large mixing bowl or pan
โข 2โ full hotel pan(s) (12โ x 20โ x 2โ)
โข Measuring cups
โข Rubber spatula
5. STEP #5
In a large mixing bowl or hotel pan
combine the ground beef and
marinara sauce. For each pan of
lasagna combine 7.5 cups beef +
1 bag marinara.

Spray aluminum foil with
pan release.
Tightly cover the pan(s)
with parchment paper
then with aluminum foil.
16. STEP #9
Bake the lasagna at 191 degrees C
for 40 minutes or until the lasagna reaches
74 degrees C.
Carefully remove the pan from the
oven and uncover. Continue baking for 5
minutes, uncovered, or until the surface of
the lasagna is golden brown.
17. Let the lasagna stand for 15
minutes at room temperature
before cutting.
18. Cut each pan 6 x 4 (24 servings)
