fact that your HITEC presentation on the state of electronic distribution and
overall e-commerce was among the most dynamic, informative and useful.
With Jonathan Weinbach of The Wall Street Journal as moderator, and Dennis
Koci, senior vice president of Hilton Hotels, as the other panelist, you had a key
role in a power-packed session.
Your presentation demonstrated a rare capacity to make technology concepts
understandable to both technologists and laymen. You were able to connect with
your audience and give them something practical to take away with them – not
just abstract concepts, but useful information they can apply to their own
operations. (I suspect that you could be assigned almost any topic relating to
