MOS producing courses, the N4 (Health Physics) and M8 (Social Work) ASI producing courses, all functional
courses, and the officer courses with university affiliation. Reviewed and monitored the Programs of Instruction
(POIs) and operations for all 57 departmental courses. Spearheaded the initial development and implementation
of the blended learning environment usage in the 68S course a new type of instruction, incorporating computer
generated learning coupled with classroom instruction. This method of learning improved student test scores by
15% and graduation rates by 10%.
