1. Acted in the capacity of Director of Rocky Mountain Tribal Epidemiology Center (RMTEC) and was in charge of the dealings of the epidemiology center including budgeting and contracting.
2. Supervise all Epidemiology, Program and Administrative RMTEC Staff.
3. Provided a wide range of scientific, epidemiologic, and analytic research support to Montana and Wyoming Tribes, the Montana Wyoming Tribal Leaders Council (MTWYTLC), RMTEC, and other RMTEC Stakeholders.
Developed a Strategic Plan for the Montana and Wyoming Tribal Epidemiology Center which included over 25 epidemiological and research projects and Lead RMTEC staff and Tribal stakeholders in the successful implementation of capacity building, surveillance and intervention projects.
Acted in the capacity of Principle Investigator (PI)/Co-investigator (Co-PI) for all RMTEC Projects; developing epidemiological/research protocols for all RMTEC projects as Principle Investigator or co-investigator and ensured Institutional Review Board (IRB) and Human Subject approval.
