2007 – 2010 Care Coordinator for the Intensive 1210 Court (ITT)
Orange County Health Care Agency – Substance Abuse and Crime Prevention Act of
2000 (SACPA)
• Selected by Administrative Director to aid in building the Intensive 1210 Court
(ITT) – a unique pilot program for clients receiving substance abuse treatment
under the Prop 36 program.
• Skilled at working in a politically sensitive arena with district attorneys, public
defenders, probation officers, and judges in a collaborative effort to improve the
overall completion statistics for clients receiving substance abuse treatment in the
Prop 36 program.
• Advised judges on treatment recommendations for participants in the ITT court
and represented the OC HCA in a court of law.
• Consulted with over 20 service providers to ensure they were in compliance with
the standards set fourth by the ITT court, and that clients in the ITT program were
