The Quadrantis is a floating city designed to gather refugees and protect citizens. It has different zones, with agriculture and industry on the outer layer and government and business in the inner layer surrounding the central City Hall. The square-shaped city is built like Angkor Wat with a grid structure and vertical/horizontal roads only. It can submerge into the ocean for protection, with durable steel walls and high-density glass barriers withstanding waves and water pressure underwater.

1. The Quadrantis , City of Pacific. It is a floating city , where its main attraction
of the city is the city hall , which is known as " The Heart of the Quadrantis
(HQ). The Quadrantis is also a trading city . Agriculture and industries are all
gathered at the outer layer of the city , which business and government
offices is located at the inner layer , surrounding the city hall in the city. The
aim of the Quadrantis is to gather all the refugees and immigrants around the
globe and to protect them. The city is also specially designed with a ballast tank
fitted below the city , where the city will submerge into the ocean in order to
protect the citizens. This city is in square shape . It is built based on " Angkor
Wat's structure with implementing its grid line format into Quadrants . With only
vertical & horizontal roads on the city and no curves. The side of the city is
built with high durability steel in order to withstand the incoming waves . The
outer wall of the city wil be merge with a high density glass barrier to
withstand the water pressure when going underwater.

2. We used blue stapler

perspective to build our
police station as we know
that police station is
usually in white and blue
in color.
The blue buildings are The
second type of residential
area which is the
condominium. We build more
condominiums for the
refugees and immigrants as
condominium provide more
living space for the citizens..
The buildings in the middle
are our public transport
terminal. It is a place where
citizens wait for the public
transport . The provided public
transportation will stop at
every stations, the terminal
allow the citizens to go in and
out.

3. The wind turbines act as an
electricity generator . The
wind turbine is built around
the corner of the city as the
wind flow is stronger nearby
the sea .

The Airsheep is able to fly
above land and on the
water. It is basically a flying
hovercraft. This reduces the
needs of ships and airplanes
in our city .
