Design Concept
The goal of this
Museum is to

cultures in a way
that is fun and
educational to
groups of all ages.
This will be done
through interactive
activities that
promote learning
and the uniqueness
of different cultures.
1st Floor
The Multicultural Museum incorporated seven different
countries into an interactive Museum for Cultural learning.
These seven countries included; Egypt, Nigeria, Turkey,
India , Algeria, UAE, and China. Some of the ways to
incorporate different cultures into the museum was by

Décor Book
My first job at Drury was to make the Décor
book for the Santé Fe Drury Plaza. I had o
make 4 copies. New Orleans was the biggest
book I had to work on. To make a décor book I
had to find all the samples for every piece that
was getting replaced and put it together in
Photoshop.
Scope and Drawings
I worked on making the drawings for
Austin North. I had to take the
drawings from the last renovation and
update them to fit the new renovation.
Each room type had a demo plan and a
renovation plan. These are used by the
contractor to help build the room just
right. I had to use AutoCAD for the
majority of the work.
Fabric Selection
The majority of my
time has been making
décor books. In the
New Orleans property
I was able to pick the
drapery and sheers for
the public area.
Drury was bidding for a chance to own a Holiday Inn
Express. I was able to put everything together in a
Décor Book, Décor Board and provide samples for
the bid. I also got a chance to pick some of the
materials and fabrics that were used.

14. 14
I was flown to Flagstaff with a
group of Drury Employees and
we went through rooms, public
areas, & the back of house at
the Flagstaff Hotel. While in
each room I was required to
take pictures and help take
measurements for future
designs.
