•   Conducted a six-month audit of a high profile company’s inefficient COBRA administration program. Analyzed
    massive database content as well as practices and pricing of 30 insurance industry vendors. Proposed a rigorous
    monthly self-audit of all databases. RESULTS: Generated $2 million in initial savings with projected five-year
    savings of $5 million. Received corporate-level award for achieving success above and beyond the call of duty.

•   Programmed a COBRA EAS database program to automatically generate required letters to COBRA participants.
    Conducted inaugural corporate-wide enrollment of COBRA benefits after historical use of a third party resource.
    Designed and initiated electronic forms used to notify vendors of new COBRA participants and of participant record
    changes. RESULTS: In-house operation and automation decreased notification time from three days to 15 minutes
