Tool cost reduction by modified program, feed optimize and diff maker tool
trial done.(in grinding m/c for CBN wheel TVMK and ASHI company wheel trial

Involved during Installation and Commissioning of crank line and cam line in
KB1, 2 and3 Machine Shop for New model in MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA LIMITED
(GURGAON).with fully auto gantry system in crank line with auto measuring
pari and marposs m/c.
Achieved line OEE from 75% to 95%by reducing machine brake down.
Tool cost reduction.ex-local maker wheel trial done.TVMK to ASHI for CBN.
Comp quality related problem solve.
Engine assembly retune comp countermeasure taken.
Prepared standard for visual control Like MOS and WIS for various types of
works.
Attended training of CNC programming/operating FANUC system held by
Maruti Suzuki at PUNE from FANUC.
Cycle time study and improvement in new crank shaft and cam line machining

Team member of CFT to identify & eliminate snag points for KB2 and KB3
