This document discusses the future of cities and where people will live in 2030. It proposes building new cities from undeveloped land focused on entertainment and community like Las Vegas. The plan is to purchase land in Northern California or Nevada and build infrastructure to attract remote workers and creators through hosting music festivals and events. The goal is to seed an online and physical community around the new city concept to eventually build a self-sustaining developer community on a larger land purchase.
