Responsible for efficient operation of warehouse/Supply Chain in accordance with Talgo, Inc.
processes/procedures as well as ISO 9000 standards. Maintain 100% inventory accuracy,
perform cycle counts, shipping and receiving. Track all open/late purchase orders in partnership
with the maintenance buyer, meeting weekly to remedy any outstanding issues. Responsible for
creating repair purchase orders for parts that need to be sent out to be repaired/overhauled.
Then receiving quotes from vendors and following the procedure through to the return of
repaired/overhauled parts.
Supervise crew and perform training in all aspects of material control positions. Also perform
yearly reviews and any discipline actions for employees. Create schedules and cover shifts for
employee vacations, holidays or absenteeism. Use SAP for all warehouse/Supply Chain duties.
Research and pull parts for maintenance personnel and process all transactions in SAP in a
