Job Responsibilities:
 Responsible of production of Quality Product.
 Maintenance reporting and production reporting in Cola System
 Individual shift SLE and line SLE improvement.
 Effective down time tracking and analysis for ME improvement
 Responsible for COLA FG reporting.
 Responsible for RM/PM yields & Consumption of consumables.
 Study the OEE losses, prepares trends and coordinate to implement Kaizens to
eliminate losses.
 Responsible for achieving production plan & Documentation compliance.
 Responsible for implementing TPM phase-1 activities i.e., BEC, CLTI on daily
routine level for desired SLE.
 Responsible for the TPM implementation at the site and monitor the same
through regular audits in all areas and conduct TPM review meetings as plan.
 Responsible for maintenance of Tetra pak, PET line equipments & spare
management.

2.  Clearing All GMP audits
 Preparing CLTI check lists of all machinery and maintaining without fail
 Responsible for implementing SOP’s of machine operation
 Responsible for Manpower Planning and Control effective Manpower utilization
on PET & Tetra wedge Production lines.
 Major participation in implementing HACCP, GHK, GMP, 5-S.

calculations for an actual operating nuclear power plant

We design the various parts of the air compressor and air receiver is done. The project
