 KEVIN SEAN BOURKE, B.A (Managing Director)
Mr. Bourke is a marketing executive with over twelve years experience in marketing
and building brands through calculated above the line and below the line
campaigns.
Mr. Bourke also possesses multi-faceted management experience in planning,
executing and reviewing management plans and enhancing the culture and
increasing the profitability of companies. Mr. Bourke is currently responsible for
Marketing and Brand Development for the KLE Group. Mr. Bourke’s work
experience includes; Marketing Manager at Island Jamaica Ltd., Marketing
Manager (Local Brands) at J.Wray & Nephew Ltd. and Head of Sales and Marketing
for the Multimedia Division atThe Gleaner Company Limited. Mr. Bourke was
conferred with a Bachelor’s degree in International Development Studies
(Business/Marketing) and Economics from Dalhousie University (BA) Halifax, Nova
Scotia, Canada.

Ms. Hamilton has over six years experience in Business Development & Marketing.
Michele has served as Assistant to both the Operations Manager and the Marketing
& Sales Manager atTank-Weld Metals and as Marketing Manager at International
Asset Services, Ltd. She was the Event Executive Director of theGlobal Party,
Jamaica forThe Infiniti Partnership.
Ms. Hamilton is the ChiefCreative Brain of Innovative Marketing GuruGlobal,
which provides creative solutions in Business Development, Design &
Communication to entrepreneurs and small businesses.
Michele is also the Founder and Director of Bagawiya Designs and Photographer at
MichLan Photo. Ms. Hamilton was conferred with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business
Administration (Marketing/ International Business) from the University of
Technology, Jamaica with honors and awarded the D & G prize for Innovation.

Mr.Williams has over 10 years experience in the fields of event planning,
marketing, promotion and Media production.
Mr.Williams has previously worked in administrative and project management
positions at the Jamaica National Building Society and uses these skills to bring a
structured approach to managing each project.
Mr.Williams is currently involved in marketing executions for the Fiction Lounge,
Locker Room Sports, Barbican Beach andThe JamaicaVolley Ball Association.
Mr.Williams was conferred with a Diploma in Computer Studies from the
University ofTechnology Jamaica and also holds a Bachelors of Science degree in
InformationTechnology (Multimedia) from the New Jersey Institute ofTechnology.
