- Conceptualized and implemented new communication strategies to reach prospects.
	 - The official UCSB Instagram profile (1.3k followers in 2 months, 11.7k+ currently).
	 - Redesigned the campus tour to feature more of UCSB in the same 90 minute period.
- Recruited prospective students through interactive campus tours (20-90 visitors per tour).
- Crafted responses for tour guides regarding visitors’ concerns over sensitive issues.
- Mentored new tour guides throughout the training process.
