Third Person Point Of View (Limited)
Genre: Greek Mythology
Story: Perseus And Medusa
( Scenes With King Polydectes And Perseus).
King Polydectes

King Polydectes was enchanted with
Perseus' mother, Danae, but when he
offered her marriage and she rejected
him, the incensed King ordered his
soldiers to arrest her and then he
made Danae his slave. When Perseus
arrived at the palace looking for his
mom, the King was inspired by a
brilliant idea to get rid of him
forever!
The King's Evil Plan

The King smiled to himself. He knew
he was sending Perseus to his doom
and that it was an impossible task.
"If you wish to win your mother's
freedom, you must bring me the
severed head of the Gorgon Medusa.
Do not return until you bring me that
trophy!" he said to Perseus.
The King's Surprise
As soon as Perseus returned home, he
went straight to the palace to meet the
King and present to him Medusa's
head. The King was surprised to see
him, but also knew he was not giving
up Danae.
"You lie! I don't believe you have the
real Medusa's head in there! Do you
really think I would fall for your silly
prank, that You defeated Medusa?"
The King laughed.

The King's Demise
He said,
"Danae is mine and you shall
NEVER see your mother again!"
Perseus suddenly dropped his shield,
reached into his bag without looking
and quickly whipped out the head of
Medusa. The King could not believe
it and tried to block his face. "NO!"
cried the King as he slowly turned
into stone. Perseus and his mom lived
happily ever after.
