Position Summary:
Support accounting operations by processing and reconciling a wide variety of accounting documents such as invoices,
expenses, reimbursements, vendor statements…etc. Assisting in preparing monthly payroll & all the accounting entries.
Responsibilities included:
 Perform all aspects of the accounts payable function by matching purchase orders to invoices and entering the
invoices into the software. Identify errors/discrepancies and resolve prior to processing.
 Work closely with approvers to resolve discrepancies such as funding availability and validity of invoices to
ensure payments are accurate and timely.
 Balance, maintain all accounts payable reports, and participate with month & year end closings.
 Prepare payments by verifying documentation, invoices, records and requesting disbursements.
 Review and issue invoices. Produce expense reports and investigate variances.
 Submit insurance invoices payments, and collect checks.
 Create and review revenues, expenses, payroll entries, invoices & other accounting documents.
 Ensure accurate, appropriate recording and analysis of accounting information.
 Respond to queries, explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
 Prepare journal entries & complete general ledger operations.
 Assist with payroll administration for all employees.
 Record all operations using excel sheets and “EL Motammem” program.
 Liaise with banks and other financial institutions.
 Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process.
