  1. Slide 2 - Product Innovation - Kevin Dherman Phil stands up here, and introduces me. Speaks about the importance of Innovation. Speak about companies who have ignored disruptive technologies or the digital world and have fallen away…Kodak, Blackberry, etc. Speak about companies like UBER, AirBNB who have changed the way we do things, embraced change and thrived. I now hand over to Kevin Dherman, who now take you through some of the innovations that you can expect to see in the product shortly.
  2. Slide 3 - Disruptive Technologies Speak a little about Disruptive Technologies, re-iterate what Speaker and Phil said earlier. I will cover all these technologies, during the course of today Now during my presentations today, some of you might sit there and think, why is SYSPRO concentrating on these things, no one will ever use these features. They should concentrate on improving x or y within the product. Explain that there are 4 other teams Man, Dis, Fin, Arc who get feedback from customers and the market via Product Management and they dev and implement that. Slide 9 – Harmony Social Media Harmony is a new module in the SYSPRO stack and it built up of various different tenets. -Tenet 1 is the Social Media aspect, we you can post beats like your would in Facebook and Twitter but here is the difference, you will have data context in your post by using the @ sign and # tags. You will be able to do something #Customer 1. Balance and will immediately get the Customer 1’s balance so you can beat about it. But on of the features that will bring the value, is the notion of following something Explain following a Customer, StockCode, SalesOrder and have it appear in your feed For example a customer phoning you up asking you to give an update on a order or a Job for that matter

Slide 10 – Harmony (AI-ML) I will cover AL and ML in a little more depth later today, but just let you know Harmony has got allot of Intelligence built into it, it allows you to mine your data without having to do the digging We give it to the millennials, they give us a hard time, but is them who keep us on our toes, They hate looking for anything!!!! They want things given to them, so asking them to pull a report and put it on Excel to find trends or anomalies….not gonna happen With Harmony and its AI features, we can start to push information the user, Speak about sales report, sales orders and RMA, See when an object, customer, stockcode, etc is trending in the business Sentiment, detects the tone of conversation or activity, and flags it, so that you don’t have to read all the text… Yes people, you have seen them everywhere, Facebook, twitter, whatsapp, and we are bringing the emoji’s to SYSPRO.
