The Kellogg Good Neighbor Committee, City of Milwaukie, and Clackamas County Water Environment Services are collaborating on a landscaping project to beautify the area around the Kellogg Creek Water Pollution Control Plant and help control odor. Approximately 60 trees in poor health or dying, and many shrubs lining the fence along McLoughlin Boulevard will be removed to make way for over 1,000 new shrubs and 250 trees to be planted in winter and spring 2015.
