This document discusses several free online image editing and creation tools that can be used in elementary school settings. It describes applications of Tuxpi Photo Editor, Big Huge Labs, and Image Chef for editing existing photos by adding text, frames, and effects. Glogster is presented as an interactive tool for creating virtual posters combining text, images, audio, and video to share content electronically. Examples of how each tool could be used by teachers, librarians, and students for presentations, lessons, book reports, and showcasing science concepts are provided. Limitations around only being able to edit existing photos on some tools and the learning curve of Glogster are noted.
