Kaitlyn Bailey-Findley has over 7 years of experience managing events and staff. She is currently the Assistant Fair Manager for the San Mateo County Event Center, where she coordinates a 9-day county fair with 120,000 attendees and a $2 million budget. She also supervises 15 full-time staff and 50 seasonal staff, as well as a 12-person junior fair board. Previously, she held event coordination and contract specialist roles with the Alameda County Agricultural Fair Association, where she increased sales revenues and managed contracts. She has a Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School and Bachelor's degrees from Santa Clara University.
