We are a partnership which means... -A partnership is a business with more than one owner - Personal liability for all owners -Taxes -Formed simply by an oral agreement - We will have a legal partnership agreement -When one partner wants to leave the company, the partnership generally dissolves.

6. In order to form a partnership in South Carolina one must take the following steps: •Choose a business name. •File an assumed name. •Draft and sign a partnership agreement. •Obtain licenses, permits, and zoning clearance. •Obtain an Employer Identification Number.

Since each partner has invested the same amount of equity into the company Division of profit or loss will be spread equally through the three partners.
