 Be sure not to use all caps because
the reader will think your screaming at
them through email.

4. Use a Subject
 It’s always good to have a subject in
your email.

5. Be Nice 
 It’s always good to be nice to people
online.

6. Replying
 Be sure to respond within 24 hours.
Unless its urgent then respond as
soon as you can.

7. Good Punctuation
 Be sure to use correct punctuation.

8. Don’t use a fake name
 You should never have a fake name,
otherwise people wouldn’t know who
their actually talking to.

9. Use the J.O.Y Model
 Jesus, Others, Yourself is always a
good rule to follow and be respectful.

10. Spell Check
 Its always good to re-read what you
have typed for typo's. That’s why its
good to use spell check
