standing apart, Kawasaki was
having an increasingly difficult
time doing just that. Crowded
dealerships stacking competitive
product side by side created a
“sea of sameness” for consumers.
So we created and tested three
distinctive store-within-a-store
prototypes to help Kawasaki claim
its dominance.

3. Pencil concepts were first developed and refined, and then converted into renders to achieve a
finished look/feel and scope out all necessary production specs.

4. 3-D floor plan models were created to allow a virtual fly-through video for each showroom concept.

5. Dealers were then able to walk through each of the three showroom build-outs, including digital feature/benefit kiosks. Feedback was
captured through interactive surveys and staff was on-site to answer any questions, with the ultimate goal of in-market testing.
