As you know, when you stepped in the project was struggling. Multiple factors
contributed to the struggle, with the primary ones being operational management
approach and the internal culture. From the start you conducted yourself very
professional, a quick study, someone who has proper expectations and an approach to
tactfully challenge and resolve conflict.
I was also impressed with your ‘team player’ mindset. When I eventually made a
change of operational management you modified your role as the new operational
management person was able to integrate their role.
