The Orange County, CA Real Estate Market Report for November 2013 has all the numbers and stats for cities in the county including home listing prices, sold prices, inventory, pending sales and more.
This January in Los Angeles, CA there were a total of 11,227 homes for sale with 4,147 sold 5,227 pending in escrow. The average sold price of a home in Los Angeles County for January was $619,000 with an average price per square foot of $357.6 and an average of 62 days on the market. Inventory has gone up by 34.8% since last year and sold prices have increased 28.4% reflecting a recovering market.
