DEPARTMENT DEFINITION
The Operations Department ensures smooth execution of various processes that contributes production and services
across all projects activities. Operations are responsible for allocating resources, managing and securing company assets
effectiveness, working with HR to ensure employees welfare & benefits, engaging third party vendors and partners,
analyzing and recommending acquisitions, developing operating policies and processes, fostering teamwork, overseeing
office management, establishing and measuring KPIs, resolving issues between departments, and taking charge in crisis
situations. Simply, Operations are responsible for driving operational excellence across the organization.
