This document provides a judging rubric for a Florida 4-H/Florida Dairy Council filmmaking contest. It evaluates submissions based on criteria such as clearly addressing the theme of Fuel Up to Play 60, conducting research on the topic, establishing relevance to youth and the community, audio and video quality, use of techniques like lighting and transitions, creativity, storyline, youth engagement, and team effort. Submissions are scored on a scale of 1 to 4 in each category, with 44 points or higher earning a blue ribbon, scores between 0-44 earning a red ribbon, and scores below 0 earning a white ribbon.
