The main way to increase energy efficiency is an increase of the efficiency coefficient of fuel-consuming
installations
Optimization of the burning process in a fuel-consuming
installation is the most efficient way of fuel saving
In order to maintain the optimum fuel to oxygen ratio, it is required to control
oxygen in the burning process
An excess of oxygen leads to heat losses, hence to fuel losses + NOx.
A lack of oxygen leads to incomplete combustion and fuel losses + CO.
The optimum oxygen content minimizes fuel consumption, reduces environmentally
hazardous emissions and increases the operational life of equipment.

Solid-electrolyte sensors
CJSC Econ is a unique small enterprise and is one of eight domestic enterprises that develop and
manufacture engineering ceramics based on zirconium dioxide and possess the relevant technologies
and equipment (the report by LLC Infomine, an analytical company, 2010).
The basic element of ECON gas analyzers is a ceramic solid-electrolyte sensor based on
zirconium dioxide (developed and manufactured by CJSC Econ)

Establishment of ceramics manufacture
There is a requirement and there are no capacities In Russia for production of
the main types of ceramic products.
12-14 thou. tons of zirconium oxide ceramics are released in the worldwide
market which cost approximately $3-4 bln .
Russia's requirement for zirconium dioxide in 2010 was 9.5 tons.
Zirconium oxide import ratio was approximately 65% which equals
to $71 million*.

Establishment of an up-to-date full-cycle innovative production operation
to manufacture articles of structural and functional ceramics
for various industries will make it possible as follows:
To satisfy the domestic enterprises' growing demand for hi-tech ceramics
including that of zirconium dioxide.
To utilize the basic processes and to develop new high-efficient processes of
production of high-performance ceramics;
To develop new ceramic materials and articles (including by application of
nanotechnologies),
To stabilize physicochemical and technological properties of ceramic materials
under development and production, and to certify them.

JSC EKON. ECON oxygen gas analyzers

  • 2. The priority task is an increase of energy efficiency. GDP energy intensity in of Russia exceeds that in Central Europe by a factor of 3 to 4.

Optimization of the burning process in a fuel-consuming installation is the most efficient way of fuel saving In order to maintain the optimum fuel to oxygen ratio, it is required to control oxygen in the burning process An excess of oxygen leads to heat losses, hence to fuel losses + NOx. A lack of oxygen leads to incomplete combustion and fuel losses + CO. The optimum oxygen content minimizes fuel consumption, reduces environmentally hazardous emissions and increases the operational life of equipment.

Solid-electrolyte sensors CJSC Econ is a unique small enterprise and is one of eight domestic enterprises that develop and manufacture engineering ceramics based on zirconium dioxide and possess the relevant technologies and equipment (the report by LLC Infomine, an analytical company, 2010). The basic element of ECON gas analyzers is a ceramic solid-electrolyte sensor based on zirconium dioxide (developed and manufactured by CJSC Econ) 1 2 1- solid-electrolyte sensor made of zirconium dioxide ZrO2 2- insulator made of magnesium-aluminate MgAl2O4
