Summary
Expertise resulting from career successes in two major areas: film/television production and online finance
(crowdfunding). After having a notable career as a producer of over 40 motion pictures, converged talents to the online
world by creating one of the first livestream TV stations. With crowdfunding emerging, found a unique opportunity to se-
cure financing of entertainment projects online. As vertical lead of film/tv/video at IndieGoGo, tripled the contributions for
the vertical to a high of $3 million per month. Going on to serve as Chief Crowdfunding Officer at FundAnything, responsi-
ble for back-to-back $1 million+ dollar crowdfunding campaigns on a then brand new, untested platform. At the time these
were the 3rd and 4th highest raises in film in the crowdfunding space. Also developed a start-up platform, Fanbacked,
which specializes in curated entertainment crowdfunding campaigns. As a result of roles as film financier and leader in
online media and finance, have distinctive skills that can work in all aspects of media, includes social networking, e-com-
merce, and film/tv/web production.

Accomplishments: Fanbacked has many innovations as a crowdfunding platform that mainstream competitors do not have
including the first crowdfunding platform to integrate live stream technology; the first crowdfunding Platform to integrate
the ability to auction rewards. The creation of a bonus reward to increase sharing via contributors.
Rob Zombie Campaign for 31 launched the platform, and has well over a million dollars in contributions.

Responsibilities: Responsible for all online finance on the crowdfunding platform. Procure campaigns, and insure their
success. Find interested parties that wanted to raise monies online. Help to organize and create their online campaigns,
which included video production, IT skills and social outreach as well as PR and actual fundraising.
In charge in new tech integration to make the platform successful.
Accomplishments: Responsible for back to back $1 million dollar crowdfunding campaigns: Adam Carolla's Road Hard
and Penn Jillette's Directors Cut. Adam raised over $1.4 million -- Penn over $1 million, on a brand new, unknown plat-

IndieGoGo Los Angeles, CA January 2012 to January 2013
Responsibilities: Responsible for growing the film vertical at IndieGogo, a crowdfunding platform. This required the place-
ment of film campaigns on the platform and overseeing the campaign's success. The job required speaking on numerous
panels at festivals, conventions and expos.
The evangelizing of Crowdfunding was an important aspect of the job, as crowdfunding was a new and emerging field.
Teaching all the aspects of Social Marketing to draw traffic to the pages of the campaigns.
Accomplishments: In less than a year tripled the contributions to the film vertical. Indiegogo had never broken $1 million in
contributions a month. The vertical reached $3 million a month at the time.
Skills Used: Sales and Speaking engagements were a key elements to the job. PR and Marketing especially online and
the use of social media was also a key element, while driving traffic to the campaigns on the platform.

Responsibilities: Oversee and run an online TV Network. Develop, create, and showrun multiple shows on a live stream
network. Budgeting, financing, social media and tv production. Supervised six weekly shows were produced under my
supervision, with all being original programming.
Accomplishments: Live Streamed Sheen's Corner Live starring Charlie Sheen which reached over 7 million views online.
Blythe Raw was the first Live Stream show ever broadcasted on Hulu.
Skills Used: The ability to manage and run a company of six full-time employees and 20 other employees for the produc-
tion. Finance and budgeting. TV/Film Production. Social marketing. Some shows started with three views and ended up in
the 100,000's per episode. The ability to syndicate and market clips on all platforms.
