Plant Supervisor: A shift
Hired as a Clean/Fill operator. Promoted after 2 weeks on the job to Control Room
Operator to monitor and oversee oil production on D Shift.
Promoted to Plant Supervisor to supervise 12 employees on A shift within 12 months of
initial hire
Created training program for Rational Energies from scratch since there was nothing in
place. Training was developed for every position and training binders were made for
every employee to help learn their positions.
Updated multiple safety programs for the company and created all the necessary
supporting documentation. Wrote weekly safety meeting specific to Rational Energies.
Created packets for job procedures for the five positions (Clean/Fill, Control Room,
Densifier, Pot Swappers, Shift Lead). Procedure manuals were 225 pages total and detail
all the step-by-step procedures,requirements, and duties for each position
Created a 39-slide PowerPoint presentation with all of the SCADA Control Room screens
and added notes for each systemthe Control Room Operator monitors.
Created Digital Copies of over twenty forms used throughout the plant on a daily basis
and modified or created over 50 total tracking and training forms.
Completely updated MSDS from scratch and added over 200 missing chemicals and
implemented the PPE program into the MSDS folders to allow employees to quickly be
able to identify proper safety measures needed to be taken
Created required monthly OSHA required inspections for emergency lights, process water,
and housekeeping. Created detailed maps for fire extinguishers and ladders to allow
easier monthly inspections since the building has 50 locations for each
Developed training program to ensure all employees in the company were properly trained
