Joseph Henry ran 500 miles from Washington D.C. to the University of Guelph in order to raise $100,000 for the hungry. He faced difficulties like injuries during his training and run, but persevered to complete the journey in 17 days, raising awareness and funds to help address world hunger. Along the way, he had multiple hospital visits but ultimately succeeded in his goal of raising $100,000 and getting 150 universities to join his campaign.
