I can move my body because I have joints like shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, and ankles that allow movement. Joints allow me to move my body and limbs through connections at the shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, and between the knees and ankles. Without joints, I would not be able to move or use my body.
