It is always great to receive such positive feedback from one of our policyholders. It is clear by Mr. Johnston's
comments that you delivered the promise and provided him with true value for his hard earned premium dollars spent
with Nationwide.
I could not help to note the nature of his business with respect to shifting paradigms. As we continue to evolve and
change, we need to stay focused on delivering value to our policyholders and providing them with a level of service
that exceeds their expectations. It appears that you took the time with Mr. Johnston to explain our processes and did
so over the phone in such a manner the left a positive impression,,, Nice work!
