Monroeville Office March 2016 - Present
• Responsible for $3.5 million of annual loan activity through approximately 800 customers.
• Top 5 producing manager (out of 54 in the company) by authorizing and underwriting approximately 60 loans a
month with an average size of $5,000.
• Direct and distribute the investment of funds to approved clients by doing $300,000 in loan volume a month, selling
$25,000 in insurance premiums and dealing with an average of 1,000 customers a month.
• Grew the office by $200,000 in direct loans and improved the Return on Assets (ROA) by 1% within my first 4
months.
• Responsible for monitoring cash receivables, balancing of cash drawers, auditing of loans files, controlling
disbursement of funds, monitoring of all office expenses and managing employees.
• Submit daily reports to CEO and Vice President, including delinquency report, branch volume report, insurance report
and meeting notes about policies and procedures that have changed that I have discussed with my staff.
New Castle Office March 2014 – March 2016
• Grew the New Castle Branch 44% from $1.8 million to $2.6 million in 18 months primarily through new customer
acquisition.
• Increased the branch’s Return on Assets (ROA) from -0.7% to +1.79% in less than two years.
• Authorized and underwrote 50 loans a month with average loan size of $4,000.
• Turned the office profitable for the first time in 3 years.
• Directed the investment and distribution of funds to approved clients by doing $250,000 in business a month and
selling over $15,000 in insurance premiums.
• Aggressively expanded clients through business to business relationships and personal networking.
Floating Manager March 2013 – March 2014
• Floated between 17 offices in the southern region reporting to the Regional Vice President.
• Ran three different offices weekly, managing 15 employees throughout each week.
• Ran daily reports for each office including loan volume report, delinquency report, insurance report, cash receivables
report and cash drawer balance report.
• Drove operational improvement of these branches, leading to promotion to Branch Manager for the New Castle
office.
Assistant Branch Manager, Northwest Consumer Discount Company August 2010 – March 2013
Butler Office August 2011 – March 2013
• Promoted to the Butler office and expanded duties to include lending in addition to collections.
• Drove loan transactions with the supervision of the branch manager, becoming a top producing assistant manager and
helping the office transform into the largest office in the company.
• Helped grow the Butler office after arrival from 3.5 million to 4.5 million and gained roughly 400 new customers
turning the office from being ranked fifth to first in accounts (still remains first to this day).
Natrona Heights Office August 2010 – August 2011
• Decreased the Natrona Heights office delinquency by 2%, collecting $100,000 more a month than the previous
assistant branch manager.
• Significantly decreased the accounts charged to bad debt, saving the company $215,000 in my first year.
