4. Project : EMERALD PALACE RESIDENTIAL HOTEL & VILLAS
(Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE)
The Emerald Palace project consists of the construction of 20 villas, an
apartment building and a hotel on Dubai’s man-made island, the Palm Jumeirah.
It has a total built-up area of around 206,000 square metres.
The apartments include a basement, ground floor, six floors, and a roof terrace
complemented by dome structures. It will cover approximately 100,000 square
metres of the total built-up area.
The project’s 20 residential villas include a total built-up area of around 24,000
square metres, while the hotel is spread over a built-up area of around 74,000
square metres. The hotel comprises a basement floor, ground floor, and five
upper level floors.
The contract includes external works, landscaping and a dome.
