Police Department of Goa is inviting applications for 554 Constable posts. Job hunters who have passed
Matriculation from a recogniz ed University from a recogniz ed board are eligible towards Goa Police recruitment
2014. The notification on number of vacancies for the post of Constable is being published on January 2014.
Besides educational qualification, applicant also need to be aged not above 24 years as on 31st of January 2014.
Candidates are instructed to send the application form bought at Goa Police Welfare Cell to the corresponding
address as prescribed in the official recruitment notification on or before 31st of January 2014. The forms can be
taken by paying an amount of Rs.20/- in between 9 Am in the morning and 5:30 Pm in the evening. The applied
applicants will be organiz ed a Physical Efficiency Test, if passed in PET, written examination is held . One’s marks
secured in written test would be considered for calling to Oral Interview. He/She would be given questions
completely at 10th standard level. in the exam. Goa Police Department uploads the merit list to it’s official website
www.goapolice.org. The appointed candidates will obtain a salary in the payscale of Rs.5,200- 20,200 with a grade
pay of Rs.1900/- per month. Official dates of all the exams shall be announced soon and would also be updated to
the webpage given above.
