1. Aluminum Façade Draughtsman
As a Façade Draughtsman, the job responsibility involves:
• Studying details, specifications & Tender drawings.
• Making detailed shop drawings for approval and reference for construction at site.
• Making 3d Drawing & isometric Drawing
• Design the Suitable Cladding System for Panel fixation.
• Quantity surveying of materials for advanced material order.
• Issuing detailed cutting list for fabrication and construction.
• Monitoring the delivery order of raw material & fabricated material.
• Revised and update shop drawings.
• Responsible for coordination at factory.
• Responsible for site planning, material order, execution & safety at site.
• Making As-Built Drawing as per site condition.
• Making setting out drawing and Surveying report
• Preparing (B O Q).
• Troubleshooting when problem occurs.
• Taking measurement for the drawing, study of drawing, allocation and fabrication of various parts
involved in the project according to the drawings.
• Strictly follow and implement the Safety norms to maintain the safety
• Estimating of costs.
